Welcome back from the Thanksgiving break.  I hope everyone enjoyed the time with family.  Today we continued working with the Chapter 8 Vocabulary.  We completed a crossword and translated the reading on p 265.  The assignment for tonight is in the Practice Workbook 8-3, 8-4.

Monday, November 23

Today we worked with the Chapter 8 Vocabulary. The assignment is in the Practice Workbook 8-1, 8-2.

Friday, November 20

Today the class took the Chapter 7 Exam.  The assignment for tonight is the Chapter 8 vocabulary on page 289.

Thursday, November 19

Today we finished our listening activity and reviewed for tomorrow's Chapter 7 Exam.  The assignment for tonight is to study.

Wednesday, November 18

Today the class to a vocabulary quiz for Chapter 7.  We also reviewed the passive voice and started working with it in the past.  The assignment for tonight is in the Practice Workbook, 7-9.

There will be a Chapter Exam on Friday.

Tuesday, November 17

Today we continued practicing the use of the subjunctive mood.  We also began a listening practice.  The assignment for tonight is in the Practice Workbook 7-7, 7-8.

There will be a vocabulary quiz tomorrow.

Monday, November 16

Today we practiced the vocabulary and began working with the Subjunctive Mood.  Tonight's assignment is a subjunctive worksheet.

There will be a vocabulary quiz on Wednesday, 11/18.

Friday, November 13

Today we practiced the vocabulary with a crossword and the translation of page 231.  The assignment for this weekend is in the Practice Workbook, 7-3, 7-4.

Thursday, November 12

Today we graded the exams from Tuesday and began working with the Chapter 7 Vocabulary.  The assignment for this evening is in the Practice Workbook 7-1, 7-2.

Friday, November 6

Today we reviewed the use of double object pronouns and began working with formal commands.  We did a practice activity with commands.  The assignment for this weekend is a commands worksheet.

The Chapter 6 exam will be Tuesday, 11/10.

Thursday, November 5

I was out today taking care of a sick boy, so my classes practiced their listening skills by watching a video in Spanish.  Friday's test will be postponed until Tuesday, 11/10.

Wednesday, November 4

Today, we reviewed the future tense, the vocabulary and we began working the the double object pronouns. The assignment for tonight is the double pronoun worksheet.

There will be an exam on Chapter 6 on Friday, 11/6.

Tuesday, November 3

Today we had a vocabulary quiz.  The class read "Una Carta a Dios" on pp 458-461 and answered comprehension questions.  At the end we did a practice activity for the future tense.  The Assignment for tonight is a future tense worksheet.

Monday, November 2
